Calvary Revival Church –Peninsula is a kingdom partnership of two visionaries.  Bishop B. Courtney McBath and Pastor Ray Johnson joined forces to spark a life movement that would impact the Hampton Roads region.  The purpose of the ministry can be found in its vision and mission.

Empowering Broken People to Walk in Dominion through the Power of Jesus Christ.

Derived from Acts 3:6 

Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you:In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.”  

Because of the power of Jesus Christ, they will “rise up and walk” and achieve their God given purpose and destiny.

They will “rise up and walk” to possess total life prosperity. “Beloved I would that you would be in good health, and prosper even as your soul prospers” 3 John 1:2

They will “rise up and walk” creating healthy families and relationships that honor God.

Mission Strategy

Our purpose is to influence others with the gospel and instruct them in the principles of the Kingdom of God.  We are called to inspire people to celebrate Jesus through praise, worship and service. We will intercede for others corporately and personally.  By fulfilling our purpose we will impact the world with a demonstration of Kingdom Authority.
